Debra Trueman

Debra joined United and its affiliated companies as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in March 2024.  With over 25 years of progressive HR experience spanning multiple industries, Debra is a strategic, results-driven leader and a trusted advisor to senior leadership. 

Debra holds multiple professional certifications in Human Resources along with an MBA from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.  She currently serves as the Chair on the ABC Services Corporation Board of Directors, a wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), which publishes Construction Executive Magazine. 

In her personal life, Debra enjoys traveling, good food and wine, and most of all, spending time with her family and bulldog.
