Scott Schulkers
General Superintendent
Scott Schulkers started his career with United in 2000 as a Helper. As the company continued to grow, Scott’s determination and hard work afforded him to grow as well into crucial and beneficial roles over the years. He has held numerous positions from Pipefitter, Welder, Leadman, Foreman to Site Superintendent.
In his most recent position, General Superintendent, Scott plays an integral part of the company overseeing site operations ensuring completion of projects on time and within budget, developing a high performing craft workforce, building customer relationships all while reinforcing United’s core values and fostering an environment of safety, quality and service.
Scott is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. He demonstrates this with his certifications in AIST Project Management 101 and ABC Project Management.
Scott has been married to his wife, Shona for 27 years; he’s a father to four sons and a Pappy to three grandsons. When he’s not working, he spends his time traveling, boating, camping, watching the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds and UK sports as well as watching his youngest grandson play sports.
