Mary Ruiz

Mary entered the United family through Core Crew as a bilingual recruiter in 2017 and quickly advanced through the ranks. In 2020, she became UGS’s first female Construction Coordinator. Mary found her passion in upholding the core values of UGS and instilling Safety, Quality, and Service across the board. First and foremost, by leading by example.

One of her biggest goals is to encourage more women to become leaders in Construction.

In her time off, she enjoys spending quality time with her family. Her daughter and husband are also employees at UGS; they truly are a UNITED family.
