Delivering Modular Skid Solutions: Streamlining Projects with Precision and Efficiency
We are currently executing 14 modular skids for one of our esteemed clients across five projects. The execution of these modules includes steel fabrication, pipe fabrication, installation of pipes, valves, instruments, and painting of steel and pipes. Additionally, we provide conduit and electrical work, pressure testing, and shipping for a complete turnkey solution out of our state-of-the-art facilities in Cincinnati, OH.
This modular approach significantly mitigates challenges related to labor efficiency and weather delays, proving to be both cost-effective and instrumental in helping our clients meet their project milestones seamlessly.
We successfully delivered the first module at the beginning of 2024. To date, we have completed the fabrication of five modules, and several more will be shipped out soon. The feedback from the site teams has been overwhelmingly positive—they’ve praised the impressive quality and precision of our fabrication work, as well as the substantial impact on the construction schedule, helping them achieve timely project completion.
