Washington Penn Plastics makes plastic pellets that are sold to numerous industries, and they needed to expand their production capacity so that they could continue to provide quality plastic products. Washington Penn Plastics had an existing running extruder system that needed to be expanded, requiring new equipment, piping, steel, and electrical systems in order to increase production. Our expertise resulted in increased productivity by about 35% due to the sizing of the lines and placement of the equipment for better usage of the existing space – without needing to construct an additional facility.
