Teva – Isotretinoin Transfer Project

Project overview

Teva is a multinational pharmaceutical company specializing primarily in generic drugs. Operating as the largest generic drug manufacturer at the time, Teva looked to expand the production of one of its products in Cincinnati.

Challenge

Teva needed to create air-tight clean rooms out of old mechanical and maintenance spaces to ensure the quality of their product. This required quick and creative thinking to solve any problems that popped up in the process.

Solution

United Group Services was asked to install 2,600 feet of new sanitary, stainless, carbon, vacuum, and copper utility piping. We also coordinated the HVAC and Plumbing contractors in turning the old mechanical room into modern, functional clean working spaces.
